In 1987, Pastor Romero was selected as pastor of the Hispanic Ministry at citylife church.  The Hispanic ministry remained at UCOG until 1994.  Today, over fourteen years later, they return home and reconnect with Pastor Tony & Kaci Stewart and are dedicated passionately under one vision- winning the souls of Tampa for Christ.  It is a new season of open doors and advancement as they break through cultural and language barriers together.

Pastor Romero was ordained into ministry in 1978.  He graduated from the Church of God Center of Hispanic Ministries Theological Institute.  God uses him in a powerful way through impacting messages that liberate and transform lives.  His messages are motivational and originated from the heart of God.  He is a sincere, humble, and simple man who profoundly delivers the Word of God.

Pastors Jesus and Priscilla Romero have been married for forty years.  They have three children (Joel, Isai, and Gabriel) and four adorable grandchildren.
